Account details — your name and email address, and a securely hashed version of your password (we never store your password in readable form).
Learning activity — your progress, quiz answers, lab submissions and scores, so we can coach you and measure outcomes.
Payment information — handled by our payment processor (Paystack). Your card details go directly to them; EarnWithDevOps never sees or stores your full card number.
Technical data — a login session cookie, and limited server logs (such as IP address) used to keep the service secure.

3. How we use your data

To deliver and personalise your coaching, verify the badges you earn, process payments and manage your subscription, send you service emails (such as password resets and course updates), measure whether the programme works, and keep the service secure. 6. Your rights and how to delete your data

You can access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time — through your account or by emailing us. When you delete your account we erase your profile, progress and lab history. For fraud prevention we keep one minimal, non-identifying record that a given account has already used a free trial, so trials cannot be reset by repeated deletion; this record contains no name, email, or progress.

7. How we protect it

Passwords are stored using bcrypt hashing, traffic is served over HTTPS, and access to learner data is restricted. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

8. Children

EarnWithDevOps is not directed at children under [16/18], and we do not knowingly collect their data.
